Terms of service

These terms form a contract between you (the subscriber) and Cytron Limited, a UK company. AccuKash is a Cytron brand and by creating an account you accept these terms.

If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Cytron Limited is not VAT registered, so prices are charged without VAT.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not refund part-periods.

Free trials last 60 days and require no payment card. We will not start billing you without your explicit instruction.

You must not use AccuKash to store unlawful content, attempt to breach its security, resell access without a partner agreement, or place unreasonable load on the service.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the actions of users you invite.

You retain ownership of everything you put into AccuKash. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy and data processing agreement.

You can export your data at any time. After cancellation we retain it for 90 days, then delete it permanently.

We target 99.9% monthly availability excluding announced maintenance. Support is included on all plans.

We may change or withdraw features, but we will give at least 30 days' notice of any material reduction in functionality.

AccuKash is software, not an accountant. Figures, VAT returns and payroll submissions produced by the service are your responsibility to review before filing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, goodwill or data where that data was recoverable from your own exports.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
